With a parish as large and active as Saint Johns, rooms are a precious commodity! In order to prevent errors and conflicts all requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance.
Please complete and submit a Facility Request Form (front and back) to the Church Office or send your request via email to Megan McQuarie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be sure to include the following information on your email request:
- Name of Ministry
- Responsible Party
- Number of Attendees
- Contact information (telephone number and email address are required)
- Date of the Event (if requesting more than one date, please list each date separately)
- Rooms Requested (each room on campus is a separate facility, please be sure to list all of the rooms that you need - a request for the Assembly Room does not automatically include the Kitchen).
- Purpose of the Request or Name of Event
- Total Time Requested (including set-up and clean-up time if needed)
- Time of Actual Event
An email confirmation will be sent for all requests once the reservation is processed. Please submit any change requests at least 7 days prior to the event. While every effort will be made to accomodate change requests it may not always be possible.
Please notify the Church Office as soon as possible of any cancellations.
